Rückgaberecht für nicht versandte Artikel
Für die Rücksendung nicht versandter Artikel ohne gültigen Grund innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Bearbeitung der ursprünglichen Bestellung wird eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr von 25 % erhoben.

Bei Qualitäts- oder anderen Problemen kann der Käufer innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt des Artikels eine Rückerstattung oder eine erneute Lieferung verlangen. Die Kosten für die erneute Lieferung trägt der Verkäufer.

Um eine Rücksendung oder einen Umtausch zu veranlassen, kontaktieren Sie bitte unseren Kundenservice mit Ihren Bestelldaten und dem Grund für die Rücksendung.
